Positron is a sentient android built by a supervillian who turned against his creator and joined the Union of Justice. He is now head of research and development at PS238.
Positron has a number of doubles he built with the help of Herschel Clay, at least 4. They all have distinct personalities and appearances but share experiences through a hive mind. They regard each other as family.
Known Positrons[]
Positron Prime[]
Presumably the original, this Positron works at PS238. He has a somewhat formal demeanor compared to his "siblings". He has an alternative chassis he wears in battle.
Positron #2[]
Positron #2 also works at PS238. He has a more casual and playful personality than #1. He wears his laboratory goggles all the time. He refers to himself and his family as "Artificial Americans".
Diana[]
Diana works at the local K-Square. She keeps an eye on things in town and analyzes human behavior in her spare time. Her goal is to one day gain a deep enough understanding of human nature to write romance novels.
The Prefect[]
The Prefect works for Praetorian Academy. He has access to much of the same information as the other Positrons but interacts with the hivemind in such a way that the others have limited access to him. It's unknown if the other Positrons are aware of his affiliation with the Academy.
Trivia[]
- The Positrons are linked mentally so they don't have have to talk to each other, but will still sometimes pretend to hold conversations for show.
- The Positrons may or may not be plotting world domination.
